BeautyRival – The design and branding agency Centdegrés has officially joined the Innovative Beauty Group (IBG), enhancing both companies’ reach and capabilities. Founded in 1988 by David Nitlich and Elie Papiernik, Centdegrés brings decades of experience and creativity to the table. Consequently, this merger signals a new chapter for global beauty innovation.
With operations across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and India, Centdegrés offers tailored branding services for masstige, prestige, and luxury markets. For instance, its client list includes high-profile names like LVMH, Cartier, Lacoste, and Kiko Milano. As a result, its entry into IBG complements and elevates the group’s overall offerings.

Previously, IBG concentrated on serving discount to masstige clients. However, with the addition of Centdegrés, the group can now cater to the luxury segment as well. Moreover, this partnership allows both entities to broaden their market presence and deliver more comprehensive solutions.

Over the past year, Centdegrés and IBG tested their synergy through strategic collaborations. As expected, the results confirmed strong compatibility in both expertise and geographic reach. According to co-founder Elie Papiernik, the partnership enables them to provide seamless services to clients around the world.
Interestingly, Centdegrés offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong remain outside the agreement. Nevertheless, these branches will continue operating under the leadership of David Nitlich. At the same time, they will establish commercial and strategic ties with IBG to explore mutual growth opportunities.
Created in 2019 by Xavier Leclerc de Hauteclocque and owned by Fremman Capital, IBG achieved a turnover of $380 million in 2024. Furthermore, it employs around 400 people globally. With Centdegrés now on board, IBG is poised to offer end-to-end creative and technical solutions to beauty and fragrance brands across all market levels.
